I’ve started a detox Diet, 21 days of Fruits and veggies. we’ll see how this goes.

Monday April 7th 2008 Day 1

breakfast - Oatemeal, black Breakfast Tea

Snack - Glass of water and an Orange

Lunch -  steamed veggies Water, detox tea,

Still hungry after lunch, but the idea is to give the body what it needs not what it craves, still I may have some fish or checken in a bit for my snack just so I don’t shock it too hard starting out.

Snack - 1pm started feeling a little woozy so I had a few cracker, home made that i cooked myself with organic flour and water.

feel better now but tired.

4:00 Apple and glass of water

5:30 left for TKD did biginner class was a little gassed in the warm up but she it it prettyhard for biginners

dinner - half a grilled chicken breast, bread olive oil herbs, salad with red wine vingerette dressing. 2 glasses of water, apple sauce,

Tuesday April 8th  2008

Breakfast - Oatmeal water, black tea

Snack - Fasting tea

Lunch - Calhouns house salad and loaded baked potatoe, 3 sweet teas

no snack

Red shirt class

dinner - Turkey taco salad with black beans 2 glasses of water

snack -Tea and 2 slices of pork

Today was more stressful than yesterday, it blew by no time to read up or pray much, yet hunger wise i felt better, i did eat a bit better tho for lunch. i think i may pickup the carbs for breakfast and lunch.
