Salvation for all soals? Even those that reject Christ?

God took me along in a good study, of all things a psalms refuted this. It seems there is eternal punishment, but I havn’t yet found where the line is drawn after this life.
Psalm 92 vs
Your(I) thoughts are very(J) deep!
6The stupid man cannot know;
the fool cannot understand this:

they are doomed to destruction forever;
